The Equal Rights Amendment North Carolina Alliance is a group of organizations that agree ratification of the ERA will improve women’s lives in North Carolina and the United States. The ERA-NC Alliance is led by a Board of Directors and Executive Council, elected every two years at our Annual Conferences. We operate under a set of ByLaws approved by our membership. Many of members of our leadership team are part of our Speaker’s Bureau and would be happy to talk to your organization.
